The Challenge

Building an intelligent expense manager requires more than just a database and a pretty UI. We needed a system that could understand receipts in any format, extract meaningful data, and provide genuine financial insights.

Google's Gemini 2.5 model gave us exactly what we needed — multimodal understanding that could process images of receipts, handwritten notes, and even screenshots of digital transactions.

Receipt Scanning

Our AI Receipt Scanner uses Gemini Flash to extract merchant names, dates, line items, and totals from photos. The accuracy is remarkable — even with crumpled receipts or poor lighting.

Financial Advisor

The built-in Financial Advisor feature lets users chat with their financial data. Ask questions like "How much did I spend on food this month?" or "Where can I cut costs?" and get personalized, context-aware responses.
